Thursday:   JH boys will be dismissed at 3 p.m. and leave at 3:15 p.m. JH girls will be dismissed at 3:30 p.m. and leave at 3:45 p.m. HS wrestling will leave at noon.

Friday:   HS basketball will be dismissed at 2:20 p.m. and leave at 2:35 p.m.

StuCo officers, please meet in Mrs. Drake’s room Friday at 7:30 a.m.

Dave Andersen was diagnosed with colon cancer on Dec. 1, and had surgery on Jan. 2. Andersen is at home now recovering from surgery. We are selling T-shirts to raise money to help cover medical expenses for the Andersen family. They will be printed by Kansas Graphics.

Orders are due by 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 15. The short-sleeve T-shirts are in heather blue, available in both youth and adult sizes, and the cost is $15. All proceeds will be donated to the family. Any student who will be 15 as of May 29, and would like to become a certified lifeguard or any returning guard that needs to get recertified, please email Brenda at wesselb@usd284.org as soon as possible and I will send you information on certification and recertification. HS Forensics, there is a possibility for a meet in Abilene where events are pre-recorded. Draw events are in person and finals are also in person. If you are interested, please let me know so I can find out more information and if it is worth looking into. Thank you, Mrs. Hansford.
