Due to the extreme weather conditions, athletic practices are being cancelled and students are being sent home. Junior high parents, please come get your child or contact the coaches if you make other arrangements.
The junior high and high school Christmas program that was scheduled for tonight is cancelled. We will work to find a time for the performance.
The CCJSHS Winter Music Concert will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 5 pm in the auditorium.
Good Afternoon- With HS having basketball games at home tonight the JH Boys will be practicing at CCES. The JH boys basketball players will ride bus to grade school after school. Practice will be done at 6pm. Parents please pickup at CCES.

The junior high girls will NOT be participating in the tournament scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 11 due to injuries.

The HS girls and boys basketball will be playing in Herington on Tuesday, Dec. 7; Friday, Dec. 10; and Saturday, Dec. 11. Please see the photo for the specific schedule. Please notice there is a change. The tournament will NOT be played on Thursday. It will be on Friday.

Chase County Junior High and High School KAY clubs were awarded with the Gold Award for the 2020 - 2021 school year to recognize their leadership and service to their school, community, nation and world. There are numerous requirements that must be met to achieve the Gold Award. Some of these requirements include: receiving 1000 points in all four service areas, sending a member to KAY Leadership Camp, attending regional and unit conferences, holding regular meetings, and participating in a service program. The Chase County KAY clubs have a long tradition of service with the junior high club receiving a Gold Award every year since 2007 and the high school has received the Gold Award all years but two since 1988.
There will be a kids wrestling information meeting Thursday November 18th at 6:00 pm in the HS Auditorium. Parents please enter on the south side of the building in the new auditorium entrance.

District SITE Council Meeting - Wednesday, November 17 at 6 pm in the CCJSHS Commons Area. This is a location change.
High School Fall Sports Banquet is going to be at 2:30 on Tuesday, Nov 23rd. It will be in the CCJSHS Auditorium- Parents are welcome!
Chase County High School will be performing the musical Grease on Saturday November 13 at 7:00 pm and Sunday November 14 at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students K-12. Tickets may be purchased at the door.

The JH Boys will not play a C game.
Due to Council Grove mask mandate, masks must be worn tonight at the games.

Please allow extra time to travel there due to construction in two different locations; 15 extra minutes are recommended.
With KSHSAA's approval, Sedan plans to live stream the game. Two ways to find the stream:
