Parents and Community Members,
Have you heard about the latest TikTok trend called Devious Licks? Students are posting videos with items they have damaged, vandalized, or stolen from schools. The rest rooms seem to be areas of the most destruction, but students are hitting other areas of the schools across the nation. There are multiple news stories on the internet, and this has been covered on the local news if you would like to learn more. I know KWCH ran a story on this.
This trend has hit Chase County. This trend does not make sense in my eyes, but it is occurring. Please talk to your student about the consequences of their actions whether you allow your student to use social media or not. Explain the seriousness of these actions, and please help by monitoring your student's social media. We need your help in stopping these actions.
Damage to the school can result in suspension, restitution, or even criminal charges depending on the nature and cost of the vandalism. The taxpayers have invested in our schools and supported the bond. We don't want to see our buildings vandalized. The community members have provided outstanding facilities and we want to keep them that way! We appreciate your assistance in this matter.
Glenna Grinstead
Superintendent

What a game! Ladies bounce back to take the second game, 25-23! Awesome job!

Ladies lose first game, 25-12, to Flinthills.

Pulling off a 26-24 win in the second game gave the Lady Bulldogs their first match win in pool play. Now they face Flinthills in the second match of the day.

Chase County ladies take a hard-fought first game over Hartford, 28-26. Great job ladies!

Good Afternoon- If you ordered Football Shirts they will be available at 5:30PM at Football Field main gate. Polos are at the embroider and will be delivered when they arrive.
Thank you for being patient as product has been hard to locate.

Spirit clinic participants please report to the field by 5:45

Tonight's high school football game with Moundridge will now start at 6 p.m. rather than 7 p.m. due to possible bad weather later.

Due to projected weather forecast, tonight's game time has been moved up to 6PM. Let's GO BULLDOGS!!!

In a game that ended early due to lightning, the junior high football team beat Lyndon 38-8. I haven't heard how the JH volleyball team did at West Franklin or how the cross country team did. Let me know!

Spectators:
If attending a school activity as a spectator, children (including elementary students and junior high students) should be seated and watching the game with their parents.

HS Football vs. Moundridge HERE Friday, Sept. 3
Fans are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and sit around the OUTSIDE of the track to watch the game while social distancing. Please do NOT place your chairs on the track or inside the track.
