JH Boys BB FAN UPDATE: Some changes have been made to the FHJL Boys Bracket. The boys will now be playing in the Lyndon HS Gym rather than the secondary gym. Only 2 parents/participant family are allowed and masks must be worn correctly and at all times.

FHJL BB Tournament @ WEST FRANKLIN: The girls will be playing at West Franklin. Monday they will play at 6:30 pm in West Franklin's new gym vs. West Franklin. A map of the new facilities and the tournament bracket is included in this post.
Please remember that masks are required at all times and must be properly worn. Please sit on the visitors side. Only two parents/participant family are allowed in to the games.

The basketball game scheduled for today (Jan. 7) is cancelled. KSHSAA rules do not allow for games to start until Jan. 8.

Saturday, Jan. 9 will be Parents' Night for wrestling. The ceremony will be held before the last round.

January 9 Wresting at Herington has been CHANGED to a HOME tournament. Chase County will be hosting wrestling HERE on SATURDAY, JAN. 9 @ 9:30 am (CALENDAR CHANGE).
HS Wrestling FAN UPDATE:
The home wrestling tournament scheduled for Feb. 13 is cancelled due to changes in the wrestling post-season. Wrestling post-season will now involve districts, regionals, and sub-state prior to any state meets. Read about the changes at http://www.kshsaa.org/Public/Wrestling/Main.cfm
Before we venture off into the New Year, here is a little reminder to help keep our community safe:
If you receive Covid-19 testing outside of Chase or Morris County, please contact the health department.
If you have been told that you are a positive or that you are a close contact, you need to respect the isolation/quarantine order. If you haven't been called by the health department, please begin a quarantine period and call the health department. This is to protect others and help to prevent the spread of the disease.
The healthcare system is extremely backed up and communication is lagging. Please call and notify the health department even if you think you might need a test or feel like you might be a close contact.
If a family member or a student tests positive for COVID over the break, please contact the school nurse or building principal.
