Senior Parent’s Night for basketball, dance, and cheer will take place on Monday, February 17, between the varsity girls’ and boys’ games against Madison. We look forward to celebrating our seniors and their families!
HS Girls Regional Wrestling Update:
Lexi Taylor 2-0 and has qualified for state. Alexys Miller 1-1, Vonda Danford 0-1, Kaydance Zirkel 0-1.
Due to the predicted weather next week, picture day is now on March 6th instead of February 18th for the CCES spring photos. Thank you for your understanding!
Spirit Clinic Reminder!
Practice is tonight at 6:45 PM in the south gym at CCJSHS. Please remember to wear your clinic shirt, black bottoms, and tennis shoes.
Performance will be during halftime of the boys game. After practice the Students should sit with their parent/guardian until an announcement is made.

HS BB Update:
Today, CCJSHS will host West Franklin in a makeup game. Games start at 4:30 pm with a half of JV Girls followed by the JV Boys game in the south gym. Action in the north gym starts at 6 pm with the varsity girls game followed by the varsity boys.
The varsity games will be televised on HUDL Fan. Thank you for your understanding and support as we make this transition to better serve our Bulldog fans!

Tonight at Wabunsee, the JV won! The Varsity placed 2nd!!!
The first Spirit Clinic practice will be tonight (Monday) in the north gym of CCJSHS beginning at 6:00PM. Doors will be unlocked by 5:45PM. We may run a little longer than originally planned in case of weather issues later in the week. If your student is unable to attend practice, please text Stacia Barrett at 620-441-7133 for videos of the material.
Due to weather predictions, Tuesday's high school basketball game (at MDCV) will start at 4 pm. There will not be any JV games. The varsity girls game will start at 4 pm followed by the varsity boys game.
Due to the weather predictions, Interstate Studios has rescheduled CCES Picture Day! CCES picture day, originally schedule for Feb. 13, has been moved to Feb. 18.
Due to weather concerns, the high school league wrestling tournament will be moved to a 1:00 pm start in Council Grove on Tuesday, Feb. 11.
The HS boys JV team won 44-29 over NLC.
The high school boys JV basketball team lost to Osage City 38-58. They play again around 1:30 pm.
