State Wrestling Update:
The tournament will be streamed on the NFHS network, using Track Casting features from TrackWrestling. You can also track results through TrackWrestling online. The tournament starts tomorrow.
The substate brackets for HS Basketball are available. The Girls will host Inman here on Monday, Feb. 26 @ 7 pm. The Boys will host Marion here on Tuesday, Feb. 27 @ 7 pm.
No JH Wrestling practice Wednesday Thursday or Friday. We will take the state wrestling break to get over the illness going around. JH will be back on the mat Monday.

Ms. Lamb, a student teacher working with Lisa Lauer in first grade, is teaching two-digit addition. The class went to the feed store to hear how math is used there. While there, the kids chose two types of animal food to feed animals they have or want. They will use the prices later this week to write and solve word problems.
HS BB Update:
HS Basketball @ Centre Tonight. No JV girls game. JV boys will play a half, starting at 5 pm. Varsity Girls will start at 6 pm, followed by the boys game.
The boys regional wrestling tournament will be held on Saturday, Feb. 17 only. The start time will be 9 am in Eureka. Good luck, wrestlers!
Both girls and boys state wrestling will be in Salina at the Tony's Pizza Event Center on Thursday, Feb. 22 - Saturday, Feb. 24. Both boys and girls will wrestle on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This is a calendar change on dates and location. Schedule is included.
Kinzie Rogers has qualified for State, and we wish the boys luck as they head to Eureka for Regionals on Saturday, Feb. 17.
We will not have school on Friday, Feb. 16 as indicated on the calendar, but we will be having school on Monday, Feb. 19.

HS Basketball Games - Tonight there will be NO JV GAMES as Waverly has too many players out sick. They will START VARSITY GIRLS at 5:30 followed by the VARSITY BOYS.
The HS Senior Parent's Night presentation for wrestling will be this evening between the 4th and 5th round of the Flint Hills League Wrestling Tournament that we are hosting. Tournament begins at 4:00PM and the presentation will begin at approximately 6:30PM.
