Congratulations to the musicians who participated in Flint Hills League Band/Vocal yesterday.
Abbey Vega got a 1-Outstanding rating on her vocal solos.
Sophia Glanville got a 1-Outstanding on both her vocal and trombone solos.
Nora Budke got a 2-Excellent rating on both her vocal and flute solos.
They will be performing at Regionals on April 9th.

Baseball and Softball Update/Calendar Change:
The games vs. Mission Valley scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday, March 24) has been moved to Monday, March 28. The JV games scheduled for Monday, March 28 vs. Lyndon have been cancelled. We are working to schedule other JV games.
CCJSHS Menu change for Wednesday, March 23
Instead of Chicken and Waffles, the junior high and high school students will be having chicken patty sandwiches. This is only for the CCJSHS students. The elementary students will be having chicken and waffles.
The high school JV baseball game scheduled for today (Tuesday, March 22) has been cancelled due to rain/field conditions.
The high school Winter Sports Recognition will be TODAY (Monday, March 21) at 2:30 pm in the CCJSHS Auditorium. The junior high Winter Sports Recognition will be Thursday, March 24 at 2:45 pm in the CCJSHS Auditorium.

The Bulldogs ended their season with a loss to Lyndon, 71-54, in the substate championship. We are proud of our Bulldogs!
The Bulldogs move into the substate championship game with a win tonight! They beat Mission Valley, 54-44. They will play Saturday at 7 pm in Lyndon.
The Lady Bulldogs ended their basketball season with a 27-52 loss to NLC last night. So proud of the ladies and all their work!
HS Boys Basketball Update:
The high school boys basketball team will face Mission Valley in the second round of substate. The game will be Friday, March 4 at 6 pm in Lyndon.

The Bulldogs beat Maranatha 70-52 in the first round of substate basketball tonight.
HS Girls Basketball Update: The Lady Bulldogs will play on Thursday, March 3 at Lyndon High School at 6:00 pm vs. Northern Heights. The updated bracket is included with this post.

The Lady Bulldogs won their opening substate game over Maranatha Christian, 39-26.
Due to the number of snow/inclement weather days we have had, we WILL have school on Friday, March 25, which is designated as a makeup day.
HS Boys Basketball Update:
The boys start substate action on Tuesday, March 1, hosting Maranatha Christian Academy at 7 pm.

HS Girls Basketball Update:
The girls varsity will start substate action on Monday, Feb. 28 @ 7 pm. The bracket is with this post. They will be facing Maranatha Christian Academy at 7 pm. The game will be at their North Campus.
