HS Basketball Update
The Flint Hills Shootout is next week, starting on Monday. Here are the brackets for both teams.
The HS BB game vs. Peabody on Jan. 28 will be boys only and will start at 5 pm. I believe an earlier post said 6 pm so this is a time update.
The HS BB game at Herington on Jan. 31 will be girls only and will start at 6 pm. This is a calendar addition.

Updated Brackets for the JH League BB Tournament
The JH boys won their game this evening, 28-25. The JH girls lost, 13-48. Next action for both basketball teams will be Saturday. Updated brackets will be posted tomorrow.
The junior high league band festival scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 6 has been moved to Thursday, Feb. 13 at ESU. Times will remain the same.

JH Basketball Update: Here are the updated brackets for the FHJL Tournament. Next action for both teams is Thursday, Jan. 16. The girls plat at 5:30 pm, and the boys play at 4:15 pm.
The HS boys basketball team lost to Mission Valley, 47-52.
The JH boys basketball team lost their first game in league tournament action. Updated brackets will be posted tomorrow.
The JH basketball teams started the league tournament today. In the 3:00 game, the girls won 31-7.
In a makeup game tonight, the HS teams traveled to Mission Valley. The varsity girls just won, 48-31!
Due to the school days we missed, we WILL have school on MONDAY, January 20. On the calendar this is listed as No School unless makeup day is needed #1. We WILL be using the makeup day and will have school on Monday, Jan. 20. Thank you!
